Bright bubbly, and attractive, was my first impression when I first met Morgan, almost 10 years ago, a young lady that had determination, goals, a true vision for life. When she met Andrew, I had no concerns, as i knew Morgan was sure about what she was looking for. I’m proud to say I was there from the start of their relationship. Morgan was a little hesitant to date way back then. I didn’t know Andrew at that time, and for the little tickle tackle i heard about him, it just made me smile, as it sounded like he was a regular normal young man. My penny advice to Morgan years ago, was. “It might be the love you want, but if it isn’t, at least you would have the experience to know the love you don’t want”, I remember reading in the book “In the meantime” by “Iyanla Vanzant,” and so it began.
The venue Iscoyd Park was magical, a truly amazing place to have a wedding, and a beautiful white Chapel, St Mary’s church set in the middle of acres of land only a few minutes away from Iscoyd Park. I had been looking forward to this wedding, and after shooting Morgans and Andrew’s engagement session, i have come to realise that although they have love and respect for each other, they must have been comedians in their previous life, as their warm energy attracts laughter and joy. They both are inspirational mentors for for children.
I followed this couple through their journey from the preparations, and after the wedding, they worked tirelessly to make sure all the wedding guests were catered for. They had to deal with the news of family passing before and after the wedding, something that we can never be prepared for. Morgan is like a daughter to me, and i feel like i have inherited a son with Andrew, love these two to the max, and pray that God will truly bless them in their marriage life.
